An exquisite Tibetan named in honour of the well known English explorer Frank Kingdon-Ward who first collected it. This species has heavily reflexed blooms of a delicate rose-pink with distinctive carmine spots and prominent olive green nectary furrows. Dark purple stems to 2m are striking against the elongated dark green foliage. Creeps underground so be careful to ensure you use a large pot if not planting in the garden. Water once a week during Summer. When planting add Blood and Bone and they will benefit from a liquid feed before Christmas. Bryan’s favourite species of all time. We can truly see why!!
