FAIRYLAND:
This lovely and hardy japonica hybrid produces many 4cm frilled ice-blue blooms with the falls heavily marked yellowish-brown and haloed by distinctive lavender marks on stems up to 1 metre.

FOETIDISSIMA:
This Iris from Britain and Western Europe with glossy foliage and dull blooms that are followed by large seed pods which open during late autumn revealing their spectacular red berries. These can be picked and dried for floral arrangements.

LAZICA:
A distinct species from the cooler forested areas around the Black Sea. Plants grow to 30cm and in early spring produce flowers of a soft lavender-blue with lower part of the falls spotted and veined deep lilac.

TECTORUM: Commonly known as Japanese Roof Iris, however it is native to China. Large lavender blue flowers with darker veining on the falls. Crest is white with a few darker spots. Likes a sunny position.
